By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

KingChess is a personalized chess improvement platform that:

• Analyzes your chess games from external platforms (Chess.com, Lichess)
• Generates custom puzzles based on your playing patterns and mistakes
• Provides tactical training to help improve your chess skills
• Tracks your progress and performance over time

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. External Platform Integration

You may connect your Chess.com and/or Lichess accounts to import your games. You authorize us to access your public game data from these platforms for analysis and puzzle generation purposes.

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Free Tier

We offer a limited free tier with up to 10 puzzles per day and basic game analysis features.

5.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited puzzle generation and advanced features. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for personal chess improvement and in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

7. Privacy

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
